What is a Modular Home?
​ A modular home is built in large sections inside a factory and then transported to your property, where it is set on a permanent foundation and finished on site. Unlike manufactured homes, modular homes are built to the same state and local building codes as traditional site-built homes.
In addition to single-family homes, modular construction is also an excellent solution for commercial buildings and multi-dwelling units, such as duplexes, triplexes, and small apartment-style developments.
