2025 ReCap
In 2025, we helped deliver 32 homes across a mix of projects, including homeless shelter housing, transitional housing, tribal elder homes, single-family residences, and duplexes. From small developments to individual home builds, our team coordinated the process from factory to finish so homeowners and communities didn’t have to manage it alone.

Butterfly village
We are honored to share the delivery of the final unit for Butterfly Village, a transitional housing project with the Tulalip Tribe. Being part of this project has been incredibly rewarding, and we’re proud to have contributed an affordable, sustainable home that we hope will serve the community well.
Projects like this remind us why we do what we do—building homes with purpose and long-term impact. We are grateful for the opportunity to be part of something truly meaningful.
